Extrusion and co-extrusion

Single-layer extrusion to five-layer co-extrusion allowing the possibility of a five-polymer combination. This process allows total preservation of the original characteristics (which is not necessarily the case when blending) allowing better manipulation of the quantities used (and then to reduce the thickness).These technologies allow us to offer adapted responses to numerous applications while bringing diverse functionalities such as tear resistance, gas and vapor barriers, aggressive product resistance, thermal resistance, adherence, seal ability, peel ability…

Coating

Silicone, masters of diverse technologies: thermo polymerisation (water-based, solvent or solventless), or UV (solventless); each bringing their unique characteristics.
Silicone coating, single or double-sided, balanced or differential release, with a coating minimum of 0,6 g/m_
Experts in cold seal coating with two types of latex: natural or synthetic
Pattern coating of heat-sealable resins, which allows us to reduce the weight of the product and to avoid its perforation
PVDC, technology allowing an optimal barrier effect through the application of 3 successive layers
• Adhesives: water-based technology having more than 40 different adhesive formulations and a strong sense of innovation

Lamination

Great flexibility in the use of base-materials: papers, films, aluminum, cardboards…
Experts in three technologies: water-based, solvent and solventless coating
• Production of reinforced structures with the lamination of different scrims (glass, polyester or polyethylene) on paper substrate or aluminum
• Industrial machinery allowing on-line extrusion and lamination (glue or polyethylene)

Printing Solutions

Flexography: direct or reverse printing up to 8 colours - Some machines have a great flexibility (gearless technology allowing continuous printing) - A wide range of varnishes and base-materials
Rotogravure: direct, reverse or combined printing up to 8 colours - Different technologies for cylinder production - A wide range of varnishes and base-materials
On-line printing solutions according to machine capability: for example, on-line silicone coating and printing up to 3 colours, on-line 3 and 4-layer manufacturing and printing in one colour, on-line vanishing

Other technologies for special applications

• For dairy packaging: glue-stripe lamination, microperforation, wax paper (single or double-sided)…
• For lids: different types of embossment, various on-line embossing and cutting options.

Production security and multiple production choices thanks to our ensemble of machines and seven production sites. For example, the majority of our machines, which produce multi-layer laminates, are equipped with four unwinders…

• In addition to a wide product range and the sophistication of our state of the art machinery, we offer significant flexibility: manufacturing 4-layer laminates in-line (extrusion and/or lamination), on-line printing and slitting capability, cost and production improvements, and performing quality (thanks to a single production line, for example)

• All of our laboratory equipment enables us to analyse the structure of any material as well as its technical characteristics. We can also work on the elaboration of a like-for-like product, the enhancement of properties or the design of new structures.
